Help Fund our Expansion!
One of the most critical pieces of equipment in the brewery is the fermentation vessel. These vessels hold the wort that matures to become that beautiful (award winning) liquid that pours out of our taps. Naming your vessels is an important part of the record-keeping process when reporting your production volumes to government agencies. There are creative ways to name your vessel - like these. We decided we would do something a little different. We are going to be renaming our vessels next month and since several people have asked how they can help us with our expansion, we decided to tie the two together! (Didn’t know we were expanding? Read about it here).
We will also be printing an oversized chart which will be on display in the taproom showcasing what beers we have coming soon. At any given time, you’ll be able to see what’s brewing in your vessel at Legacy. Pretty cool, huh? We think so! We are accepting donations to help offset the ever-growing costs with opening our walls to the unit next door. From now until August 31st, your suggested donation of $20 will gain you a single entry into a raffle drawing we will be holding on September 1st. Seven lucky names will be drawn (Live on Facebook) and the winners will become the official 2022-2023 sponsors of our fermentation vessels. We will reach out to each winner to coordinate a special name for that vessel and will brand the vessel accordingly (see photo example to the left).
