Make Beer Do Good!

At Legacy we love giving back to our local nonprofit organizations. So every month we host a monthly event called “Pints for a Purpose” where we choose a local nonprofit and donate a percentage of our taproom sales from the whole day. It is typically held on the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month and is typically from 5-8pm. This gives the organization a chance to come out and spread the word on what it is they are doing for the community and the different ways we all can help. Usually the organization will also hold 50/50 raffles, silent auctions, bake sales, etc.

Take a look at some of the organization we have supported over the years.

The year isn’t over year yet which means we have several upcoming Pints for a Purpose events. So mark your calendars and come and help us support them buy drinking beer!

November 9th 5-8pm: The Arc of Jacksonville, they will be onsite to answer any questions you have and will be doing a 50/50 raffle as well.

December 5th 5-8pm: Forgotten Angels, we will be hosting a ShoeBoxes for Seniors event where we will be assembling boxes for seniors of donated every day items. Collection of items will be going on through the entire month of November through December 4th.

December 7th 5-8pm: Jacksonville Arboretum, the organization will be out with handmade special ornaments and for every one purchased it will go to sponsoring a tree.
